WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We honour refunds if the item has not been opended or used, for up to 14 days after purchase. The customer pays for return postage.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept any major cards which are processed through Square, or you can pay via PayPal.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED/DELIVERED?

We offer free 2/3 day shipping on all our products to UK Mainland only, with all orders being dispatched within 24hrs. Liquids can not be sent outside of UK mainland.

WHY IS MY PRODUCT OUT OF DATE?

All dates stamped on American products are in a different format, the US format is mm/dd/yy. However if you product is still out of date, contact us and we will immediately resolve situation.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If it has been more than 5 working days since your order, get in touch and we will find out its location. If its lost, we will send another out as soon as possible.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products have there expiry date listed in there description. If there is less than one month left there is usually a clearance discount applied. If no expiry date is visable on the listing, contact us and we will inform you of date and correct the listing.

CAN YOU GET X PRODUCT?

We are very open to product suggestions, if you E-mail us with your request we'll doing some research into it, if its feasible we shall order a small quantity to test the market and see how much demand there is. If it is popular we will continue to stock it, you'll also recive 1 free if you were the first to suggest the product! 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE/BULK PURCHASES?

We do offer wholesale purchasing, please contact us with infomation about your business and the products you are intrested in we will be happy to help you.

If you are just placing a large order, we can offer a bulk discount. Please contact us for more info.
